I first met Jeremy through the inter club raketball leagues,about 6 years ago.our first match didn't get off to the best of starts.we both booked courts on the same day and thought the other was turning up.since then,we played many superbly competitive games,Jeremy often winning. He was a real battler,there to compete ,if he wasn't winning the point,he would say"come on hilly!". More than that,I wish I'd known him longer than the 5-6 years I did ,he would often be asking how I was getting on,with my house moving-setting up with my partner and young child. I will miss his smile,sense of humour and laughs over a beer after a game.one of life's good guys
